Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a NuvoraSync PRO subscription, when cancellation takes effect, and what happens to your access afterwards. Subscriptions are billed by Paddle as Merchant of Record (see Terms of Service §11).

2. Monthly subscriptions

NuvoraSync PRO monthly costs €9.95 per month, including VAT where applicable.

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period. The subscription will not renew for the following month and no further monthly charges will be made for that subscription.

3. Yearly subscriptions

NuvoraSync PRO yearly costs €99.95 per year, including VAT where applicable.

You may cancel a yearly subscription at any time before the end of the current yearly billing period. Access to PRO features remains active until the end of the paid yearly term, and the subscription will not renew thereafter.

4. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) for the same billing period and at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will communicate any price change for an existing subscription in advance, and the new price will apply at the start of the next billing period after the notice period.

5. How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription in either of the following ways:

  • Through Paddle's buyer portal, accessible from any Paddle order/invoice confirmation email you received, or
  • Through your NuvoraSync billing area once it becomes available in the application.

If you cannot locate the Paddle cancellation option or your billing area is not yet available, please contact support@nuvora-app.com and we will help you find and complete the cancellation with Paddle.

6. Access after cancellation

After you cancel, you keep full access to PRO features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that period your account remains active on the free tier; your trading data and other content are not deleted unless you separately delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone.

7. Refunds and statutory rights

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not, by default, refund unused time on the current period. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and Paddle's buyer/payment process. Your statutory consumer rights — including the EU right of withdrawal for distance contracts where applicable — remain unaffected by this policy. To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal please contact support@nuvora-app.com and Paddle's buyer support; we will process such requests in line with the applicable legal framework.

Note: a dedicated in-app electronic withdrawal / cancellation function may be added in the future in line with regulatory expectations for online consumer cancellation.

8. Paddle billing

Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited and affiliates) acts as the Merchant of Record for NuvoraSync subscriptions. Paddle processes payments, issues invoices, handles VAT/sales-tax collection and remittance, and may process cancellations, withdrawals and refunds under its own Buyer Terms. Paddle's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment relationship in addition to ours.
